Our role
A marketplace, not a contractor.
Make good is often the last big job of a lease, and it usually arrives when a business is busy moving. Most tenants have never scoped one before. We help you understand what the lease asks for, brief contractors properly and compare quotes fairly, then you choose.
We're launching in Melbourne and Sydney, with other capital cities planned next. We're new, so you won't find project counts or testimonials here yet. When we have real, verified results, we'll publish them.
What we are
- A technology marketplace for commercial make-good and end-of-lease reinstatement
- A way to understand your lease obligations sooner, with preliminary summaries reviewed by people
- A structured process for getting comparable quotes from vetted, independent contractors
- Paid by a referral fee from the contractor you choose, disclosed up front
What we are not
- A builder or contractor. We don't employ tradespeople or do the work
- A party to your building contract. You contract with the contractor directly
- A law firm. Lease summaries are general information, not legal advice
- A building certifier, surveyor, engineer or hazardous materials assessor
- A regulator or accreditation body, and we don't claim any accreditation
